We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, there is a flat shipping fee of $4.95. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday–Friday.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unworn/unwashed items within 14 days from purchase for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Important Note on Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. * The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in original condition (not worn, washed, or damaged).
• All tags and liners must be attached and returned in original packaging.
• Please try on garments over underwear; do not remove the sanitary slip.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased past the 14-day window.
• Accessories & Hair Accessories (Clips, Scrunchies, Hair-ties, Headbands).
• Hats, Sandals, Sunglasses, and Earrings.
• Bodysuits & Swimwear missing their sanitary slips.
• ANY DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS.

Online Shopping & Returns

The same 14-day store credit or exchange only policy applies to all online orders. All returns must be in new, unworn condition with original tags in place.

Please ensure that your return is packaged safely before shipping it back to us. We cannot be responsible for items that are damaged during transit. Original shipping fees will not be credited toward your exchange or store credit.
